Dining in the Dark

A dining experience unlike any other, guests enjoyed a five-course dinner while blindfolded. The deprivation of sight during the meal allowed guests to tap into their heightened senses, enhancing the enjoyment of each dish. Chef Marc Therrien narrated the entire culinary journey, and curated cocktails and wine pairings complemented the evening.

Chef’s Secret Dinner Series

We celebrated seasonal, local ingredients at this monthly summer dinner series in 2023 where guests were surprised with dining in unique and unexpected locations throughout Keeneland’s grounds.

The Exhibit Dinner

Guests enjoyed a six-course tasting menu at the Keeneland Library, the world’s largest thoroughbred repository. The experience was inspired by historic race track menus from the Library archives, and guests enjoyed browsing the temporary “Heart of the Turf” Racing’s Black Pioneers” exhibit.
